The school is administered by a Board of Directors which consists of students and teachers elected annually by the General Membership of the school.  In addition to operating the school, the Board keeps members informed of the curriculum, schedule and the school's activities.  The Board also manages the off-site events such as exhibits, fairs and picnics.  The Board meets regularly throughout the school year. Information pertaining to the school is conveyed to the student body through announcements during the break, on the school bulletin board and through "Die Brücke", the school's newsletter.
